Darlington Township Council met in Special Session on this
date, all members present, Reeve Muir presiding.

Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Gibbs that the
action of Planning Board in approving an amended draft plan of sub-
division submitted by H. Goldstein, Part Lot 18, Concession 5, and
the suggested list of conditions set out in the Board's resolution
dated February 7th, 1967, is approved by this Council.
