Hampton, August 16, 1967.
Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building
on this date, Reeve Muir presiding, Deputy Reeve Down, Councillors
Gibbs and Drown present.
Moved by Councillor Brown and Deputy ~eeve Down that the
minutes of the meeting held August 3, be adopted as read.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Brown, that
accounts for the month of JulY, 1967, as listed herewith, be paid.

Moved by Councillors Brown and Gibbs that the Road
Committee and Road Superintendent investigate a fenced road allowance
reported by Mr. Martin with power to act to have the fence removed.
Moved by Councillors Gibbs and ~rown that Lloyd G. Found
is appointed appraiser and consultant for the Township to carry out
such projects as may be delegated to him from time to time by Council.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Gibbs that the
Township's Engineering Consultant, Totten, Sims, Hubicki & Associates,
be asked for a recommendation as to the Township's procedure in dealing
with a proposed level crossing on the Clarke Boundary and at two
adjacent sites.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Gibbs that this
meeting adjourn.
