HAMPTON, DECEMBER 19, 1967.

Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building on
this date, all Members present, Reeve Muir presiding.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Gibbs that the minutes
of the meeting held December 7, be adopted as read.
Moved by Councillor R. B. Brown and Deputy Reeve Down that
accounts for the month of November, 1967, as listed herewith be paid:

Moved by Deputy Reeve Down and Councillor Dow that the Clerk
is instructed to inform Darlington Public School Board that Council
has further considered the proposed debenture iss~and to acquaint
the Board with Council's suggestion for dealing with the matter.
Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Brown that the Treasurer is
hereby authorized to issue cheques for wages and salaries for the
period December 15th to December 31st., 1967, on Friday December 29th.

be re-appointed to Memorial Hospital Board for the year 1968.
67-l2B-6,7 & 8. On motions as filed, a By-law to amend By-law 2282 was given
its several readings, signed, sealed and numbered 2372.
