Hampton, March 28th, 1966.
Darlington Township Council met in Special Session on this
date to deal with the 1966 road program and By-law, and to transact
other business, all members present, Reeve Blanchard presiding.
66-3C-l Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Budai that rule 33 be suspended
for the duration of this meeting.
66-3C-2,3 & ~ On motions as fired a By-law to provide for a normal road
expenditure of $165,000.00 on Township roads in 1966 was given its
,
several readings, signed, sealed and numbered 232~.j
Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Budai that the
Township Solicitor and the Clerk be, and are hereby authorized to give
an undertaking to Steve Mayko and Eldon Essery that those parts of the
original road allowance between Lots 33 and 3~ in the 3rd Concession,
not required for road widening, and adjacent to the lands of the above
owners, will be closed and conveyed to those owners.
66-3C-6 Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Down that this meeting adjourn.
