Hampt~n, November 3rd, 1966.
Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building on
this date, all members present Reeve Blanchard presiding.
Moved by Councillors Budai and Gibbs that the minutes of
October 20th and October 26th, 1966, be adopted as read.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that road
accounts in the amount of $66,lr31.17, as approved by the Road Committee
be paid.
~ Moved by Councillors Down and Budai that Councillor Gibbs and

2 the Clerk be delegated to attend a meeting at Department of Lands and
Forests, Lindsay, on Tuesday, November 29th, 1966.
Moved by Councillor Down and Deputy Reeve Muir that the Clerk
reserve a room at the Royal York for the Ontario Good Roads Convention
February 21st - 22nd, 1967.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Budai that the
Bowmanville Fire Chief is authorized to call Clifford Pethick to attend
a fire in the TownShip, with water tank, if he deems it necessary.
Moved by Councillors Down and Budai that Clifford Pethick is
authorized and instructed to burn off the Tyrone dump at regular
intervals, and to keep the fires under control at all times.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Down that Totten,
Sims, Hubicki and Associates Limited are hereby appointed consultant
for this Township in regard to pavement marking on Developement Road 706,
and that that firm is instructed to take all necessary action to have the
work done as early as possible in 1967.{
Moved by Councillors Down and Budai that this meeting adjourn.
