MINl[TES OF JOINT COUNCIL AND PLANNING BOARD MEETING - NOVEMBER 6. 1973.
Meeting was held in the Council Chambers at 7:30-p.m.

Present were: Reeve Gray and Councillors Couch and Hoar.
Chairman of Planning Board, Hoger ytes and
MemN,rs D. J. Cunningham and D. Moore.
Mrs. Jean Monteith, of Totten, Sims Hubicki Associates Ltd.,
The purpose of the meeting was to allow Mrs. Monteith to explain the
new draft Official Plan for the Village of Newcastle especially the
changes which have been ma~e as a result of the Water Sup~ly Study.
A meeting of Council and Planning Board, to consider these changes,
was called for Thursday, November 15, 1973 at 7:30.

Moved by Councillor Couch, seconded by Councillor Hoar that the
meeting adjourn. Carried
