MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL SEPTill'lliER 17. 1973.

Meeting was held in the Municipal Office at 7 p.m.
Present were: Reeve Alfred Gray, Councillors Keith Barr,
Fred Couch and Frank Hoar.
Res. 487 Moved by Councillor Couch, seconded by Councillor Hoar that
By-law 73-14, being a by-law authorizing the Reeve and Clerk
to execute an agreement with the Crown for Water Project No.
60212-70 (Contract #1) at an estimated final cost of $17,810.
be read a first time. Carried.
Res. 488 Moved by Councillor Barr, Seconded by Councillor Couch that
By-law 73~14 be read a second time. Carried.
Res. 489 Moved by Councillor Hoar, seconded by Councillor Barr that
By-law 73-14 be read a third time and finally passed. Carried.
Res. 490 Moved by Councillor Hoar, seconded by Councillor Barr that
By-law 73-15, Restricted Area Zoning By-law be read a first
time. Carried.
Res. 491 Moved by Councillor Couch, seconded by Councillor Hoar that
By-law 73-15 be read a second time. Carried.

By-law 73-15 be read a third time and finally passed. Carried.
Res. 493 Moved by Councillor Couch, seconded by Councillor Hoar that
the Clerk and Reeve have the RestridmArea Zoning By-law
printed. Carried.
Res. 494 Moved by Councillor Hoar, seconded by Councillor Couch that
the Reeve and Clerk be empowered to endorse the P.U.C. brief
on the Restructuring of Public Utilities. Carried.
Res. 495 Moved by Councillor Hoar, seconded by Councillor Barr that the
Clerk write to Mr. John Thiel, Kilborn~Engineering, that Council
is very dissatisfied with the restoration of ditches, roads,
culverts, sidewalks etc. in connection with the installation
of sewers in the Village, and request a meeting to deal with
these matters. They request that Mr. Thiel attend this
meeting. Carried.
Res. 496 Moved by Councillor Hoar, seconded by Councillor Couch
that the meeting adjourn. Carried.
