MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING - SEPTEMBER 5. 1973.
Meeting was held in the Council Chambers at 7:30 p.m.

Present were Reeve Gray, Counclllors Barr, Couch and Hoar.
Res. 457
Moved by Councillor Couch, Seconded by Councillor Hoar
that Friday afternoon, September 7th, 1973, be declared a
Civic Holiday for Public School Pupils in the Village of
Newcastle to attend the Durham Central Agriculvlral Fair
in Orono. Carried.
Res. 458
Moved by Councillor Barr, Seconded by Councillor Couch
that the meeting adjourn. Carried.
