MINUTES OF JOINT MEETING OF COUNCIL AND PLANNING BOARD

Meeting Held in Council Chamber at 7:30 p.m.
Present were: Council - Reeve Gray,
Councillors Barr, Rickard and Hoar
Planning Board - Chairman Yates
D. J. Cunningham, Murray Paterson
Del Moore
Everett Jenkins - P.U.C. Manager.
Moved by Murray Paterson
Seconded by Keith Barr thatthe Reeve and Clerk set up a meeting
with John White, Treasurer of Ontario, within 2 weeks to try and
get some direction as to the future development plans for
Newcastle with regard to the rate of growth and water supply,
and that a copy of the Resolution be sent to Algx Carruthers,
M.P.P. for Durham. Carried.
