MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING - May 3. 1973.
Meeting was held in the Municipal Office at 7:30 p.m.

Present were: Reeve Alfred Gray, Councillors Keith Barr, Fred
Couch and Frank Hoar.
Res. 361 Moved by Csu~cillor Barr, seconded by Councillor Hoar that
By-law 73-3, being a by-law to appoint Jas. L. Ste.~'lenson :S-y-law
Eaforcement Officer and Weed Inspector, be read a first time. Carried.
Res. 362 Moved by Councillor Hoar, seconded by Councillor Couch that
By-law 73-3 be read a second time. Carried.
Res. 363 Moved by Councillor Couch, seconded by Councillor Barr that
By-law 73-3 be read a third time and finally passed. Carried.
Res. 364 Moved by Councillor Couch, seconded by Councillor Barr that
By-law 73-4, being a by-law to amend by-law 72-5 regarding Annual Allowances
for Councillors, be read a first time. Carried.

73-4 be read a second time. Carried.

Res. 366 Moved by Councillor Barr, seconded by Councillor Huar that
By-law 73-4 be read a third time and finally passed. Carried.
Res. 367 Moved by Councillor Barr, Seconded by Councillor Hoar that
By-law 73-5 being a by-law to adopt the estimates of all SUllIS required
during the year and to strike the rates of taxation for the year 1973,
be read a first time. Carried.
Res. 368 Moved by Councillor Couch, seconded by Councillor Barr that
By-law 73-5 be read a second time. Carried.
Res. 369 Moved by Councillor Hoar, seconded by Councillor Couch that
By-law 73-5 be read a third time and finally passed. Carried.
Res. 370 Moved by Councillor Barr, seoonce( by Councillor Couch that
the meeting adjourn. Carried.
