MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HEW MARCH 15. 1973.
Meeting held at 7 p.m. in the Municipal Office.

Present were: Reeve Alfred Gray, Councillors Barr, Couch, Hoar and
Rickard, and Mr. Scott Fennell.
Moved by Councillor Rickprd, seconded by Councillor Hoar that a letter
be written to J. E. Dube, Minister of Public Works, with copies to
Allan Lawrence, M.P.; Russell Honey; Norman Cafik, M.P. for Ontario
County, urging the Government to take immediate action to construct
Breakwaters at the Harbour in Newcastle. Carried.

Moved by Councillor Couch, seconded by Councillor Hoar that the
meeting adjourn. Carried.
