SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL - August 24. 1972

Present were: Reeve Alfred Gray, Councillors Fred Couch, Keith Barr
and Brenton Rickard.

Moved by Councillor Rickard, seconded by Councillor Couch that the
Council of the Village of Newcastle agree to the over sizing of the Rudell
Road and Sunset Boulevard sewage pumping stations and forcemains according
to Kilborn Engineering I S letter of July 27th to The Ministry of The
Environment, the costof the oversizing to be paid by the developer,
Milani and Milani Holdings Limited atthe time of the signing of the
Subdivision Agreement between the Village of Newcastle and Milani and
Milani Holdings Limited. Carried.

adjourn. Carried.
