SPECIAL J4EETING OF COU:!CIL - JULY 26. 1972
Meeting held in Council Chambers at 8:30 p.m.
.
Present were: Reeve Alfred Gray, G~uncillors Keith Barr, Frank Hoar and
R. B. Rickard.
G. Gray was Acting Clerk.
Mr. Sierd DeJong was present to discuss his duties as Building Inspector
and was instructed to inspect buildings at the various stages of construction.
Mr. R. McLellan of Frank Cowan Company was also present to revue the Village
Insurance for 1972 - 1973. The Clerk was instructed to notify all Uo.mmittees
of the Village that the Village carries a Blanket Position Bond covering all
their employees. The Clerk was also instructed to send a copy of the
Inventory of the Contents of the Hall to the Insurance Company.
Res. 174 Moved by Councillor Hoar, seconded by Councillo, ~ckaDd that
the insurance on the Bowling Alleys be doubled to $8,000. Carried.
Res. 175 Moved by Councillor Hoar, seconded by Councillor Barr that the
meeting adjourn. Carried.
