MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL - February 10. 1972
JvJeeting was held in the Municipal Office at 7 p.m.
Present were: Reeve Alfred Gray, Councillors Fred Couch, Frank Hoar,
Keith Barr and Brenton Rickard.
Res. 2 7 Moved by Councillor Hoar, Seconded by Councillor Couch that
the Ontario Water Resources Commission be directed to excercise
its option on the selected well site, whereby the Village of
Newcastle will be liable for the cost of the land until final
agreement with the Ontario 1,vater Resources Commission is
executed. Carried.
Res. 28 Moved by Councillor Couch, Seconded by Councillor Hoar that
the meeting adjourn. Carried.
