Transportation Impact Monitoring Program (Agreement #3)
Community Impact Agreement (Agreement X14)
In accordance with Committee's policy I have reviewed the above mentioned invoices
for Professional Services and find them to be in order.
The invoice from Mr. Sims covers the drafting and preparation of the subdivision
agreements for Courtice Heights up to and including the meeting of all parties
on June 19th, 1978. We will be receiving a further bill from Mr. Sims to cover
the final preparation and review of the agreement for signature by the developer
and Council. The costs incurred for the preparation of the agreement are to be
.paid by the developer in accordance with the subdivision agreements.
The invoices from I.B.I. cover three areas of work:
�1) Courtice Heights Development to June 30th, 1978
2) Transportation Impact Monitoring Program (Agreement #3). This
completes I.B.I.'s involvement in this matter.
3) Community Impact Agreement (Agreement #4) Invoice covers the
attendance at meetings with Hydro, Region and Town Staff to prepare
agreement for signature (Agreement will be presented to Council on
August 14th, 1978 for final approval.) There will be an additional
invoice for July to finalize this matter.
