Cunningham, Councillors Frank Hoar, Fred Couch, Alfred Gray and Joan Frith. Moved by Councillor Frith, Seconded by Councillor Hoar that the regular October Council meeting be held on Tuesday, October 14th at 8.p.m. Carried. By-Law No. 69-12, bring a By-Law to fix the days of nomination and polling was given three readings. Moved by Councillor Couch, Seconded by Councillor Gray that By-Law No.69-12 be read a first time. Carried. Moved by Councillor Hoar, Seconded by Councillor Frith that By-Law No. 69-12 be read a second time. Carried. Moved by Councillor Gray, Seconded by Councillor Couch that By-Law No. 69-12 be read a third time and finally passed. Carried. Res. 199 Moved by Councillor Gray, Seconded by Councillor Hoar that the four By-Laws relating to the proposed sewer project receive three readings at this meeting. Carried. The voting was as follows: Councillor Frith--Yea Councillor Couch--Nay Councillor Gray --Yea Councillor Hoar --Yea Carried. Res. 20) Moved by Councillor Frith, Seconded by Councillor Gray that By-Law No. 69-1), Execution of Agreement By-Law, be read a third time and finally passed. Carried. Res. 304 Moved by Councillor Gray, Seconded by Councillor Frith that By-Law No. 69-14, Sewage Rate By-Law, be given three readings with paragraph "fn, with regard to minimum and maximum foot frontage rate attached. Res. 206 Moved by Councillor Gray, Seoonded by Councillor Hoar that By-Law No. 69-14 be read a second time. Carried.
