Nay 30. 1969
Meeting held in Municipal Office at 2.30 p.m.
Present were: Reeve D. J. Cunningham, Councillors Joan Frith
and j<'rank Hoar.
Moved by Councillor Hoar, Seconded by Councillor Frith that
leave be granted to introduce By-Law 69-8 regarding the
appointment of Mrs. Jean McCullough as Acting Clerk-Treasurer
in the abscence of the Clerk-Treasurer, G. Hughes, and that
it be read a first time. Carried.
Moved by Con. Frith, Seconded by Con. Hoar that it be read
a second time. Carried.
hoved by Con. Hoar, Seconded by Con. Frith that it be read
a third time and finally passed. Carried.
Moved by Con. Hoar, Seconded by Con. Frith that the meeting
adjourn. Carried.
