Minutes of Special Council Meeting - April 22. 1969.
Meeting held in Municipal Office.
Present were: Reeve Cunningham, Councillors Frith, Gray and
Hoar.
Moved by Con. Gray, Seconded by Con. Hoar
that Council releases the right absolutely to draw water from
the Creek created by registration of Wl Easement dated 20th
May, 1950, and registered in the West Durham Registry Office
as No. 2904 and that the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign necessa.ry papers regarding this release. Carried.
Moved by Con. Hoar, Seconded by Con. Gray
that Council approve the application of D. J. Cunningham
to separate a J:1arcel of land approximately 66' x IJ2' fronting
on the west side of Baldwin street, being part of lot 29, Concession
1 in the rownship of Olarke now in the Village of Newcastle.
Oarried.
Moved by Con. ~'rith, Seconded by Con. Gray
that the Arena be paid ,[;)700.00 under 1969 Budget authorization.
Carried.
