1. Minutes of meeting of the Committee of the Whole
of Council held for the purpose of discussing the
finance estimates in 1969. C'fV~ /, / ~ b 1
.Present: Reeve Cunningham, Coumcillors Couch, j"ri th,
Gray and Hoar.
1. Moved by Con. Couch and Seconded by Con. Gray that
the Clerk's Salary for 1969 be $4,000. and that he
also be paid $500. car allowance for 1969.

2. Net exnenditures for General ~evy were approved at
8}2,900. The County, County Board of Education
requisitions were accepted.
~he Clerk was instructed to prepare a by-law for
presentation to Council on Monday, April 14th.
Moved by Con. Couch, Seconded by Con. Frith .that
meeting adjourn.
