Present were Reeve Cunningham, Councillors Frith, Couch,
Gray and Hoar.
Moved by Councillor Hoar, Seconded
that leave be granted to introduce
capital expehditures by the Public
and that it be read a first time.

By-law 69-6 to authorize
Utilities Commission
Carried.
Moved by Con. Couch, Seconded by Con. Gray
that it be read a second time. Carried.
Moved by Con. Frith, Seconded by Con. Couch
that it be read a third time and finally passed. Carried.
Moved by Con. Hoar, Seconded by Con. Gray
that the meeting adjourn. Carried.
