MINUTES OF SPECIAL COillfCIL rlliETllfG - February 25, 1969.
Meeting held in Municipal Office at 8 p.m.
Present were: Reeve Cunningham, Councillors Couch and Gray.
rmved by Councillor Couch, Seconded by Councillor Gray
that leave be granted to introduce by-law 69-5 a by-law
for the sale of debentures for the P.U.C. Carried.
Moved by Councillor Gray, Seconded by Cow1cillor Couch,
that the by-law be read a second time. Carried.
Moved by Councillor Couch, Seconded by Councillor Gray
that the meeting adjourn. Carried.
