Meetinf, was held in the Council Chamber.
Present were: Reeve D. J. Cunningham, Councillors Couch
Gray and Hoar.
Moved by Con. Hoar, Seconded by Con. Couch
that minutes of meeting of January 1) and JanusTY 20 be adopted
as printed. Carried.
Moved by Con. Gray, Seconded by Con. Hoar
that minutes 01' Industrial Committee Neeting held on February
4, 1969, be adopted as printed. Carried.
Hr. Frank hace addressed Council regarding his request for a
building nermit to add to South Haven Nursing Home and was
advised to submit a new apnlication.
Mr. Bob Johnson, representing Lloyd 301ahood, addressed
Council re the Schlass Subdivision and was advised to send
us a sample subdividers agreement marked as to the nrovisions
that would be undertaken by the Subdivider.

that the Village join the Lake Ontario Hegional Development
Council and that the Annual fee of $105.91 be paid. Carried.
Moved by Con. Hoar, Seconded by Con. Gray
that we grant the request of the United Counties Emergency
Neasures Organization to use space in the Community Hall for
the Communications Exercise on Saturday, February 15, 1969. Carried.

that a donation of 'S5. be given to the Salvation Army. Carried.

that any Councillor wishint~ to attend the Ontario Good Hoads
Association Convention in Toronto shall have registration fee
and reasonable ex~en8es ~aid. Carried.

that Council support the Resolution by the Town of CobourG
requestin;; nensions for vrives of FIunicipql Bf'lnloyees and that
a coPY of the Resolution and this endorsation be sent to the
Untario Municipal Association. Carried.
