Meeting held in Municipal Office.
Present were Heeve Cunningham, Councillors Couch, Gray and
Hoar.
Hoved by Con. Couch, ::>econded by Con. Gray
that the Treasurer strike ~2,062.70 from the Tax Roll, being
arrears of business taxes for the Karl \'Ieyrich ,load ::>pecialties
Limited for the years 1961, 1962 and 1963 includinc; interest
and penal ti eR to November I, 1968, in accordance ',i th the
recommendation of the Counties' Court of Revision dated
November 7. 1968. Carried.
Hoved by Con. Hoar, Seconded by Con. Gr8.'y
that t~e Village purchase a 6' stri~ of land from the
Durham ~rowen3 Co-Onel.,~tive Ltd., as shown on Survey #68084,
n. D. ')rO\'ill, O.L.S., and that authority be given to include
a Covenant in the Deed that there will be no ditching on this
edge of the Durham Growers Co-O~erative Ltd., property. Carried.

that the Clerk write to the C.P.R. reQuesting that a culvert
be placed over creek providing access to the well by the
Durham Growers Co-Operative Limited. Carried.
