November 25. 1968.

Meeting was held in the Council Chamber at 8 p.m.
Present were: Reeve Cunningham, Councillors Hoar, Couch and
Gray; Board Chairman Albert Pearce, Secretary Mrs. M. ~illiams,
Mrs. Darling and Mrs. Kimball.
Hoved by Couch, Seconded oJ' Kimball
that Reeve Cunningham act as Chairman. Carried.
It was agreed that the Deed of Gift called for a 5 member
Board, J men and 2 Homen.
Moved by Gray, Seconded by Hoar,
that the motion regarding the Ma'3onic Lodge made at the
joint meeting of Council and Hall Board on September 16,
be rescinded. Carried.

Moved by Gray, Seconded by Hoar
that the Community Hall Board have authority to operate
the GOIDLmni ty Hall inside and outside, the Grounds, to
set rentals, but that they may not exceed their budget
except with the consent of Council. Carried.
