MINUTES OF 8PBCIAL COUNCIL MEETING * SEPT~rnER 16. 1968.
Moved by Con, Couch. Seconded by Con. Hoar
that the minutes of the Joint Committee of the Council and
Hall Board be adopted. Carried.
Moved by Con. Walton, Seconded by Con. Gray
that we advance up to $2,500. to the Arena Management
Board if necessary. Carried.
Moved by Con. Hoar, Seconded by Con. walton
that the meeting adjourn. Carried.
