MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING April 30. 1968

Heeting held in Municipal Office: Present: Reeve D. J. Cunningham
Councillors Couch, Gray and Walton.
Messrs. Mario Veltri and Guy Leblanc spoke to Council
regarding the completion of the Schleiss Subdivision and
were given a draft subdivision agreement to study and come
back with their decisions.

Moved by Con. Walton, Seconded by Con. Couch
that the services of Harold Wheeler will not be required
after May 31, 1968. Carried.
It was agreed that gravel will be stockpiled on the old
Glenny Mill Site.
Moved by Con. Walton, Seconded by Con. Couch that
the Arena Management Board be granted permission to make
alterations to the Arena in connection with the Lions Club.
Carried.

that a fence be erected on the lot owned by the Village
facing Wilmot Street. Carried.
Res. 100 Moved by Con. Walton, Seconded by Con. Gray
that the meeting adjourn. Carried.
