MINUTES SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING - April 1. 1968.
Meeting held in Municipal Office.
Present: Reeve D. J. Cunningham, Councillors Couch, Gray,
Hoar and Walton.
Mr. G. Verbeek spoke to Council regarding the house he was
building on James street.
Moved by Con. Gray, Seconded by Con. Hoar
that James Street is open to Baldwin Street and that it is
~R-the intention of Council to leave it open. Carried.
Moved by Con. Couch, Seconded by Con. Hoar
that the C.P.R. property on the Mill St. road allowance, be
surveyed and purchased for $275. Carried.
Moved by Con. Walton, Seconded by Con. Couch
that Reeve Cunningham and Councillors Hoar and Gray be appointed
a Committee to talk to the Wardens of St. George's Church
regarding Bond Head Cemetery. Carried.
Moved by Con. Walton, Seconded by Con. Hoar
that the meeting adjourn. Carried.
