MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING - March 19. 1968.
Meeting held in Municipal Office.
Present: Reeve Cunningham, Councillors Couch, Gray, Hoar and
Walton.
Moved by Con. Couch, Seconded by Con. Hoar
that the Clerk write Dept. of ~ransport regarding the
installation of Pedestrian Crosswalks. Carried.
Moved by Con. Gray, Seconded by Con. Couch
that the School Crossing Guard be moved to Mill and Robert
Streets affective Monday, April 1, 1968 and that this change
be advertised in the newspapers. Carried.
Moved by Con. Walton, Seconded by Con. Hoar
that the Clerk write Alex Carruthers, M.P.P. regarding
information and action re
1. extension of waterwork south of 401 Highway.
2. Provincial Sewer Project. Carried.
Moved by Con. Walton, Seconded by Con. Hoar
that the meeting adjourn. Carried.
