Meeting held in Municipal Offioe.
Those present: Reeve E. A. Walton, Councillors Adams,
Foshay and Nesbitt.
Moved by Con. Foshay, Seconded by Con. Nesbitt
that the matter of an application to register a late Deed
and for permission to transfer less than 10 acres of land
be refer~ed to the 1968 Council as this is a matter of
Policy. Carried.
Moved by Con. Foshay, Seconded by Con. Nesbitt
that leave be granted to introduce a By-law 67-29 to
authorize the sale of land acquired by registration. Carried.
Moved by Con. Adams, Seconded by Con. Foshay
that it be read a second time. Carried.
Moved by Con. Nesbitt, Seconded by Con. Adams
that it be read a third time and finally passed. Carried.
Moved by Con. Foshay, Seconded by Con. Adams
that payment of E. R. Lovekin's account for legal work
on by-law
Carried.
