minutes of Special Meeting November 18, 1967.

Mr. E. R. Lovekin then explained the meaning of By-law 67-25
and the reasons for passing this by-law. Considerable

that a letter from P.U.C., containing its 1968-1969 Budget
and a letter from the Canadian Transport Commission regarding
safety measures at the C.N.R. Baseline Crossing be .eferred
to the 1968 Council. Carried.

that the letter from the Canadian Transport Commission
regarding the Customer Service~an at Agincourt be reoeived
and filed. Carried.

that the letter from National Trust Co. regarding the
bequest of Mr. A. R. Lockhart of 81000. to the Artificial
Ice Fund be received and filed. Carried.

that we recommend to the O.W.R.C. that a )O~ per foot
charge be made for the Sewer.. Carried.
