that Building permit for H. Waddington be not issued
pending further investigation. Carried.
Moved by Councillor Foshay, Seconded by Counciller Adams
that leave be granted to introduce By-law 61-18, respecting
noises, and read a first time. Carried.

that bill be read a second time. Carried
Moved by Con. Nesbitt, Seconded by Con. Fosbay
that bill be read a third time and finally passed. Carried.
Moved by Con. Nesbitt, Seconded by Con. Adams
that meeting adjourn. Carried.
