Insurance Moved by Con. Foshay, Seconded by Con. Adams that the following changes be made in our Schedule of Insurance: 1. that the limit on boiler insurance be increased tirom $25,000 - $100,000. at an additional cost premium of $13.70. ~ 2. cancel insurance on Glenny building and increase insurance on Tendam house from $2,000 - $5,000. add. 15.00. 3. increase insurance on Artificial Ice Plant from $20,000. - $25,000. at an additional premium of 40.00. ',' 4. Increase Muuicipal Liability Policy from $100,000. to $500,000. at an additional premium of - 68.74~ 5. Add personal injury to Municipal Liability Policy at an additional premium of 47.59" 6. Add Firemen's Accident Insurance - $5,000. per man - 16 men at an additional premium of 80.00 ,- Total Additional Premium $265.03 Carried. Sprinklers Moved by Con. Foshay, Seconded by Con. Adams that the Clerk contact a Sprinkler Co. and secure prices on installing sprinklers or a Fire Point Alarm System in the Community Hall. Carried. Trailers Park Moved by Con. Adams, Seconded by Con. 'Gray that a By-Law be prepared as follows: 1. Trailers set up as permanent living quarters in Wal tonaPark and which remain that way for longer than 45 days, be charged a fee of $15. a month. 2. No family or individual can occupy a trailer as a residence in the Park for more than 6 months. J. The proprietor of the Trailer Park is responsible for collecting the fee of $15. a month and paying it to the Village. Carried. Other Trailers Moved by Con. Foshay, Seconded by Con. Gray that an amendment be made to Trailer By-Law 799 holding the landlord jointly responsible for contraventions to By-law 799. Carried. Moved by Con. Nesbitt, Seconded by Con. Adams that notice be given to occupants of all trailers within the Village, outside of Waltona Park, that these trailers may only be used for living or eating for a period of 60 days. Carried. p Moved by Con. Nesbitt, Seconded by Con. Foshay that the Village pay the registration fee for the Clerk for the Municipal Clerk-Treasurers Assoc. Course at Queen's University of $120. 60% of which will be returned by the Government to the Village if the Clerk passes this Course. Carried. Clerk was instructed to notify Mrs. E. Tendam that her house will be put up for sale, and to write Mrs. John DeWith regarding Real taxes. Moved by Con. Foshay, Seconded by Con. Gray that the matter of pay increases for Mrs. G.
