SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING - SATURDAY JUNE 17.
Meeting held at 2 p.m. in Village Office.
Present were Reeve E. A. Walton, Councillors Adams, Fo shay ,
Gray and Nesbitt.
Moved by Con. Gray, Seconded by Con. Nesbitt
that Fred Glanville be appointed Fire Chief effective
June 26, 1967. Carried.
Moved by Con. Foshay, Seconded by Con. Adams
that the new Fire Chief be required to attend Fire Marshal's
School and that he be compensated for loss of wages on this
account. Carried.

Clerk was instructed to write the Secretary of the Fire
Department announcing the appointment and explaining the
reasons for it.

that the Meeting adjourn.
