Minutes of a Joint Meeting of the Council
and Community Hall Board which took place
in Council Chambers, Wednesday, February
22nd. 1967 at 8:00 p.m.
Those present: Reeve Earl Walton (in chair)
Albert Pearce
John Rickard
Mrs. F. Butler
Alfred Gray
h'ric Foshay
Mrs. Gordon Darling
Mrs. George Kimball
The Clerk acted as Secretary to this meeting.
) Applicants were interviewed for the position of Janitor
and By-Law Officer, Albert Warner, Warren Warner and James
'-',
Brayley. Moved by Councillor Gray, seconded by John Rickard,
that James Brayley be hired at an annual salary of $)800.00
on J month's probation, starting I~rch I, 1967; he is to be
paid for work done prior to that time. Carried.
In discussion, it was agreed that the Hall Board would pay
$)200.00 and the Village $600.00 amd that his pay would be
administered by the Village Office.
