Resolution No. 1~:Moved by K. Entwisle, seconded by C. A. Reid.
This Council hereby authorizes the Treasurer to request all
departments" local boards and bodies where functions fall under the
legal authority of this municipality to submit in writing their
budgets or requirements for the year 1973 to the Clerk-Administrator
of this Council on or before March 15, 1973. ,Ca~ried.

Clerk-Administrator - B. W. Collins
This meeting was called by. the Reeve. to discuss the due dates
and % rate to be put on the Tax Bills and to pass a resolution
regarding same.
Moved by K. Entwisle, seconded by R. G. Chater that this
Council go into Committee to discuss this tax billing procedure.
Carried. .
Moved by K. Ent~sle, seconded by C. A. Reid that this
Committee rise and sit as Council. Carried.

This Council hereby authorizes the Treasurer to send out the
Tax Demand Notices with dates for payment of taxes due as follows:
March 29, 1973 .40~ June 29, 1973 30% and
November 30, 1973 30% (or balance). Carried.

This Council hereby accepts the recommendation of the P.oli~e
.Village of O~ono (as per. their Resolution No. 73-1) that the
following Trustee be appointed as their representative on the Town-
ship of Clarke Planning BQarq: Roy C. Forrester. Carried.
