Area No. 1 - Motor Racing
~, The public games and sports named in this By-Law shall
be subject to the following reguLat~ons and control:
(a) every such game or sport shall be conducted in an
orderly and seemly manner;
(b) no such game or sport shall be commenced before
half past. one o'clock in the afternoon.
3, That By-Law No'. 164$ be and is hereby r.epealed.
