Council decided'to"i~terview the fo~lowin~ ~nd the Clerk
was to arrange interviews for Monday, April 12th, 1969~
Gary W. Crombie; Jerry' Pearson, Mrs. Bjorg Lowes
A delegation of Gerry Duvall and Doug Poweli from the
Clarke Game Commission met with Council to discuss a change
in the proposed By-iaw to issue and charge fees for licences
'to hunt, during the open season, pheasants, rabbits and f?xes.
W. R. Carveth reported to Council on Road Department rates.

That.the Budget for the year 1969 as presented by the
Treasurer be accepted. Carried.
