Resolution #C-547-04 Moved by Councillor MacArthur, seconded by Councillor Foster THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law 2004-232 and that the said by-law be now read a first and second time: 2004-232 being a by-law to authorize an application to be made to Council as the approving authority under the Expropriations Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E.26 for the approval of the expropriation of all interests in the lands described as Part of Lots 9 and 10, Broken Front Concession, former Town of Bowmanville, now in the Municipality of Clarington, Regional Municipality of Durham, more particularly described as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on draft plan of survey contained in Schedule 1 attached to this by-law, for the purposes of a district park.
