'mAT leave be granted to introduce By-Law 81-1 being a by-law
to designate an area in the Village of Orono Central Business
District as an Improvement Area and to establish a Board of
Managanent for the Village of Orono Central Business Improvement
Area and that the said by-law be now read a first time.

to designate an area in the Village of Newcastle Central Business
District as an Improvanent Area and to establish a Board of

ImproVEment Area and that the said by-law be now read a first time.
