meeting of Council was held on above date, the Jv:ayor presiding tind stated
he had called the meeting for the purpose of diAcussing the assessment to be
used for levyine; High School Taxes for 1953.

and that the guarantee bond of C.S. Oke, AssistRnt Clerk end Assibt:int Tax Collector

Special meeting of Councul was held on above date, members all present the :ll':ayar
presiding and stated that he had called the meeting for the purpose of considering
estimates and other business.

From Public School Board submitting esti~ates of $ 69,000.00 for 1953.

Utilities Commission that a sewer rental charge be made as the best method of
collecting money for the operation of the sewage system. " Carried 11
The standing committees presented their reports of estimated expenditures for 1953 I
