Minutes of a regular meeting of Council
held on Monday, May 14, 1984, at 9:30 a.m.,
in Court Room #2.
Roll Call
The Mayor called the meeting to order and led
in prayer.

Delegations
Mr. Ron Amyotte thanked Council and staff for their
understanding and co-operation relative to the
rezoning of his property, Part Lots 31 & 32, B.F. Cone.,
Darlington. He agreed that he should be responsible for
fire protection. He asked that the time period during
which the required contribution for capital improvements
to roads external to the subject development would be
waived be extended to correspond to the conditions in the
subdivision agreement (3 years from the date of registration
of the agreement)

Delegations
Mr. Bill Manson, WDM Consultants asked Council, when
directing staff to prepare the Neighbourhood Plan 3(B)
for Courtice, to give due consideration to the proposal
he was putting forward for a 13 acre parcel of land,
abutting the proposal of Mr. E. Pollard. The proposal
Mr. Manson presented, contained 70 - 2 storey townhouses,
96 unit apartment building (8 storeys high), and a small
commercial development at the corner of Nash and Trull's
Road.
