Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council
held on Friday, September 20, 1985, at
2:05 p.m., in Court Room #2.

Councillor R.B. Taylor
Councillor E.R. Woodyard (From 2:25 p.m.)

Gordon J. Weir, Houck and Associates Inc.

Moved by Councillor Hubbard, seconded by Councillor Taylor
THAT Council convene in Committee of the Whole.

THAT the meeting be "In Camera."

Associates Inc., be distributed to all Members of
Counci 1.
