THAT Council convene in Committee of the Whole.

THAT the meeting be "In Camera."

THAT the Administrator's Confidential Report

THAT the recommendations contained in the Administrator's
Confidential Report Admin 54-85 be approved.

THAT the O.M.E.R.S. investigation package be referred to
Mr. Gordon Weir, Solicitor, for review and a report on
the process to be followed in resolving the matters
detailed in the material contained in the Administrator's
Confidential Report to Council;
AND THAT he review the recommendations contained in the
Administrator's Confidential Report Admin 54-85, and
advise upon their appropriateness;
AND FURTHER THAT he be requested to respond forthwith.
