Kerrio, Minister of Energy, enclosing a cheque in the amount of $3,434.00 representing the Ministry's contribution towards the cost of the energy conservation project at the Newcastle Memorial Arena be received for information. "CARRIED" Resolution HC-474-85 Moved by Councillor Hubbard, seconded by Councillor Cowman THAT Councillor Cowman, Liaison person for the Clerk's Department, and David Oakes, Clerk, arrange to have refreshments at the Town Hall Council Library, for Goodyear Dignitaries and Members of Council, after the Goodyear parade on Saturday, September 14th 1985; and THAT up to $1,000.00 be expended from the Receptions and Tributes Account.
