A ~pecial meeting of The Bov@anville Town Council was held
on Thursday, October 29th, at 7:30 p.m.
Councillors Keith Lathangue, L. Preston and K. Nicks were
absent. All others present.
Mayor W.D. Carruthers in the Chair.
Moved by Councill I. Hobbs,
,Seconded by Deputy-Reeve Brough,
That the by-law to authorize the borrowing of $46~093.00

be now read a first and second time.
Carried.
