A special meeting of the Bowmanville Town Council was held at
9:20 p.m. in Council Chambers, Town Hall.
Councillors K. Lathangue I L. Preston, I. Hobbs were absent.
All others present.
Mayor W. Carruthers in the chair.
This special meeting was held to pass a by-law regarding
the mausoleum.
Moved by Councillor A. Sturrock,
Seconded by Councillor K. Nicks,
That the mover be granted leave to introduce a by-law to
authorize the leasing of lands in the Bowmanville Cemetery to
George Shaw Construction LLrrited for the purpose of constructing
a mausoleum and said by-law be now read a first and second timp.

purpose of constructing a mausoleum be now read a third time,
finally passed and numbered by-law No. 1730.
