A special meeting of Council was held on March 16, 1959, to
finalize debentures for local improvements.
GQuncillor L. Preston absent all others present.
Mayor W. Carruthers in the chair.
Bell Gouinlock Quotation Re: Debentures
Moved by Councillor I. Hobbs,
Seconded by Councillor K. Nicks,
That the debentures in the amount of $ 46,640.01 to sell to
Bell Gouinlock at the price of t 98.00 per $ 100.00 and
delivery to be made as soon as possible after July 30th.
Moved by Councillor K. Nicks,
Seconded by Councillor O. J. Presson,
That the meeting be adjourned at 8:35 P.M.
