A special meeting of 20wmanville Town Council was held on
Thursday, December 8th, 1960, at 8:15 p.m.
Councillors Nicks and Lathangue absent. All others present.
Mayor Carruthers in the Chair.
BY-LAWS - First & second reading.
Moved by Deputy-Reeve Hobbs,
Seconded by Con. Fice,
That the mover be granted leave to introduce a by-law
for the regulating of traffic in the Town of Bo,~anville.
Said by-law be now read a first and second time.

Seconded by Con. Stevens,
That the mover be granted Leave to introduce a by-law to
prohibit heavy traffic on certain streets. Said by-law be now
read a first and second time.

That Council now rise and go into Committee of the \Jhole
to discuss two by-laws. Mayor in the Chair.

That the Committee now rise and report favourably to
Council on the by-laws discussed in Corami ttee of the v/hole.

passed and numbered By-Law No. 1785.
