A Special meeting of the Bowmanville Town Council was held at
11:10 p.m. on February 29th, 1960, at the Town Hall, Bowmanville.
All members present. Mayor Carruthers in the Chair.
Moved by Councillor Fice,
Seconded by Deputy-Reeve Hobbs,
That the services of Dr. Wheatley be terminated March 31, 1960,
and the proper notice be given to him.
Carried.
Moved by Councillor Presson,
Seconded by Deputy-Reeve Hobbs,
That the" Clerk and the Mayor be authorized to sign the Board
of Works agreement.
Carried.

Moved by Councillor Nicks,
Seconded by Councillor Hughes,
That the meeting be adjourned at 11:30 p.m.
Carried.
