Committee held on June 8, 1981:

It was recomnended to Council that the fOllowing be received for information:
(a) Report P-I04-81 - Procedures for Development Agreement Approvals
(b) Report P-I05-81 - Courtice Special Purpose Comnercial Areas meeting
( c) Report P-I06-81 - Meeting in Burketon Sunday, April 26, 1981
(d) Minutes of Meeting of Cbrrmittee of Adjustment May 27, 1981
(e) Report P-llO-Sl - Group Hanes
There was a general discussion of Group Homes.

a.M.B. Rearing - A23/81 - Bergman
It was recorrmended to Council that Planning Staff and/or the 'Ibwn Solicitor be
authorized to represent the 'Ibwn at the Ontario Municipal Board Hearing in respect
of minor variance application A 23/81, Mary and Leslie Bergman, part lot 23, Cone. 3,
former 'Ibwnship of Clarke.
